The EDM Specialist will have opportunity to work on advanced equipment including 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis CNC machines, Swiss turning, and several different Wire EDM machines in a clean, climate‑controlled facility.

- Create and load programs into machine(s), making adjustments as needed
- Advanced part setup to run components through the wire EDM machines per print
- Program 4‑axis and solid‑modeled parts
- Produce parts off the wire EDM machines per print having knowledge of axis rotation
- Clean and maintain machines for expanded life capacity
- Read and understand blueprints and G&M codes
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
- Run multiple machines and complete production documentation
- Support LEAN, 5S, ISO 9001‑2015, and ISO 13485 initiatives
- 3+ years of wire EDM experience in a job shop environment
- Strong programming skills with ability to monitor and adapt software
- Espirit programming knowledge and Mitsubishi wire EDM experience a plus
- Strong math, blueprint reading, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and run multiple machines
- Journeyman’s card in CNC and/or tool making also a plus
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- 1st Shift: Five 8‑hour days – with overtime as needed
- 2nd Shift: Four‑10‑hour days or Five 8‑hour days
