• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently
• Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards

High school diploma or GED Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus-but not
