What You'll Earn- Up to $44.00/hr based on experience
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available — your call

- Setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills on a variety of parts and materials
- Editing and adjusting G&M codes at the controller
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and routings
- Performing tool changes and adjusting offsets to maintain tight tolerances
- Conducting in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshooting machining issues and making adjustments independently
- Following all shop safety procedures and standard operating guidelines
- Proven CNC machining experience in a production environment
- Experience operating both CNC lathes and mills
- Ability to read and work from detailed blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CNC programming experience is a strong plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $96000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
