$2000 GRADUATED SIGN-ON BONUS Starting pay is $33.02 per hour, plus additional wage premiums Shift: 6AM to 6PM - Sun, Mon, Tues with alternating Wednesdays

• Starting pay is $33.12 per hour
• Wage increases every 6 months-May and November
• Overtime available

• Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high speed coater line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to pass a mechanics test
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's coater lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
