Job Status: Full-time, 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE (32 or 40 hours per week)

Salary: $37.54 to $46.58 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Paid On-Call: Nights and weekend rotations.

• 1-Week On-Call: Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
• 24-Hour Weekend On-Call: Required every 5th or 6th weekend.
• Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these on-call duties.

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Requirements

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
• Prior home health experience (minimum of one year) preferred
