Epic HIM Analyst , FCH - CLIN - Ambulatory

Job Overview

This position uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for the Epic HIM application suite, primarily Coding but also including Gallery, ROI, Deficiency, Identity & Abstracting applications.

• Plan, analyze, design, build, test, maintain, and support Epic HIM applications.
• Complete assigned project work.
• Lead projects or initiatives of various sizes and scopes.
• Coordinate with other Epic Applications within the Epic Program.

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of computer principles (equivalent to a bachelor's degree).
• Epic Proficiency, accreditation or certification required;
  Epic HIM certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize high‑pressure situations.
• Self‑motivated and able to operate under limited supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic technical acumen.

Shift: Flexible first shift 7 am to 5 pm with an on‑call rotation every 3 weeks. Remote location with on‑site component at Woodlands Prime 400 facility, Menomonee Falls, WI.

Hourly pay: $28.42–$48.62, based on experience.
