Schedule Details

0.7 FTE - Monday to Friday scheduling with hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, days vary based on patient census. Shifts also vary between AMCWC (Hartford) and Menomonee Falls locations.

Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30 per hour

Position Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiopulmonary Rehab

Locations

Hartford and Menomonee Falls, WI

We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
  • One or more years of RN experience required, with prior telemetry experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year of hire.

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and skillful communication to lead efforts in creating the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
