Registered Nurse (RN)

Linden Grove Menomonee Falls, an Illuminus Community, seeks an RN to provide short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term skilled nursing care to older adults. Located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, the campus focuses on outstanding medical rehabilitation services to the community.

• Full‑time, .8 available
• PM Shift, 2‑10:30 pm
• $39.00‑$44.75 per hour, based on experience
• Shift Differential for PM and NOC shifts
• Eligible for Sign‑On Bonus

The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of residents’ total nursing needs, including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, and documentation, all while ensuring person‑centered care.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
