As an Intensive Care RN, you'll work within a dynamic 10-bed ICU, primarily on 12-hour overnight shifts, guaranteeing 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment. This role requires adaptability, as floating between related units and facilities may be necessary-broadening your clinical exposure and expertise. You'll work every other weekend and holiday, with opportunities during downtime to explore Wisconsin's scenic trails, eclectic dining, and cultural attractions.

Schedule / Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (NOCs)
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• 36 hours per week (guaranteed, except during holiday/unit closures)

Qualifications:

• Valid, unencumbered Wisconsin RN license
• Minimum 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• At least 1 completed travel assignment
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (to be submitted with application)
• Epic charting experience within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or eligible exemption
• Strong change management, resilience, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a 10-bed ICU
• Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Float as required to Oconomowoc and Mukwonago units (within skillset)
• Adhere to hospital protocols and best practices
• Support and mentor peers in a teamwork-driven setting
