Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – External Occupational Health - Optional Part Time

Workforce Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. We provide services for pre‑employment, DOT, work injuries, drug testing and employee safety through in‑person and virtual visits. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high‑quality occupational health services while collaborating with a supportive team led by an engaged Medical Director.

As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to provide independent patient care while benefiting from the resources and expertise of a collaborative environment within a large hospital system and academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Froedtert & MCW Health is a renowned health system including 10 hospitals, nearly 2,000 physicians and over 45 health centers and clinics offering a dynamic environment for all staff to excel.

• Position has no weekends or holidays. Must work at various locations depending on business need.
• Must receive DOT certification within 6 months of hire.
• Need to be trained and comfortable seeing patients 16 or older.
• Need a working knowledge of OSHA requirements and appropriate work restrictions.
• Have a basic understanding of state of Wisconsin worker’s compensation program.
