ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) at Linden Grove Menomonee Falls – a facility offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. The ADON will assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services, ensuring quality of care that meets residents' needs and aligns with policy. The ADON will supervise shift care management, plan in‑service training and orientation programs, and coordinate the care‑planning program.

• Full‑time, AM Shift
• On‑call responsibilities
• Salaried with benefits
• $88k-110k, based on experience
• RN license required

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
