Description
Linden Grove Menomonee Falls, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community.
Job TypeFull-time or Part-time
Shift Details- PM shifts: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
- $2 shift differential added to base rate for any PM or NOC shift worked
- $30-32.75 per hour, based on experience
- Eligible for sign‑on bonus
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.
We look for individuals passionate about working with older adults, who enjoy taking the initiative to serve others, and who are interested in providing holistic care.
Requirements- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR certification.
