Quality Control Manager

Oculus Group is partnering with a well-established precision manufacturing company in the Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin area to identify an experienced Quality Control Manager
.

This is a direct-hire leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong quality systems, partnering with manufacturing teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

• Lead the site's Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
• Oversee internal and external quality audits.
• Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to improve quality performance.
• Lead supplier and customer quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop members of the Quality team.
• Support root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.

• 3+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading audits and managing CAPA.
• Experience with supplier quality and customer quality.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience will also be considered.
