Job Description
We are looking for a part‑time afternoon/evening line cook who will be responsible for food prep and execution and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities- Preparing components of each dish using recipes
- Ensuring kitchen, food prep and food storage areas meet cleaning standards
- Executing menu items on a daily basis
- Preparing food for banquets and other events
- Monitor freshness and quality, discarding and replacing when necessary
- Proper labeling of prep items
- Clean as you go and proper use of sanitation
- Ability to work eight or more hours on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Some experience as a line cook preferred but willing to train

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
