Overview of the Role- The Spice Merchandiser will service retailers in the Menomonee Falls, WI area, primarily managing spice product merchandising within assigned Woodman stores.
- Required hours: part-time, 20 hours per week.
- Hourly compensation: $12.
- Key responsibilities include selling, merchandising, maintaining distribution, stocking, and order replenishment.
- Consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
- Work independently, follow directions, and maintain excellent communication with store teams.
- Physical requirements:
lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds. - Benefits: paid drive time, monthly phone stipend, steady and consistent scheduled hours with route flexibility, PTO and sick days, 401k with company match, weekly pay.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store teams to secure product distribution.
- Order products and manage product placement on shelves.
- Conduct audits in assigned grocery stores.
- Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
- Verify accurate representation of client products on store shelves.
- Maintain a safe working environment while working in stores.
- Adhere to dress code, attendance guidelines, and professional appearance.
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
- Operate independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Comply with additional guidelines from the Store Team.
- Attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Proof of automobile insurance.
- Reliable smartphone (5 years old or newer) with internet service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
- Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (not required).
- Paid drive time.
