About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for retail and store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of retail and warehouse management, and the ability to facilitate a positive culture. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory. The Store Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining store, trucks and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Management experience in store environments with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and leadership.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
  • Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive store performance.
  • Participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and sales principles.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
