• Spice Merchandiser will service retailers near the Menomonee Falls, WI area.
• Responsible for merchandising various spice products within assigned Woodman stores.
• Take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the provided technology.

  Menomonee Falls, WI (within a 40‑60 mile radius).
• Position is part‑time, 20 hours a week.
• Compensation: $12 hourly.
• Sold, merchandised, and maintained distribution within a variety of accounts.
• Ensure clients’ products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.
• Consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
• Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
• Ability to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.
• Work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.
• Paid drive time.
• Monthly phone stipend.
• Steady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibility.

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Ordering products, working product to shelves from new orders, and more.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
  
  Verify that our clients’ products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver License.
• Proof of Automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (within 5 years old) service and internet service for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailer.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required).
