We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for retail and store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of retail and warehouse management, and the ability to facilitate a positive culture. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and playing a pivotal role in maintaining store, trucks, and equipment.
Responsibilities- Management experience in store environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and leadership.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive store performance.
- Participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and sales principles.
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale technology.

- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
