Retail Merchandiser

As a Retail Odyssey merchandiser, you will support retailers in meeting shoppers’ needs by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory.

• Build and install displays, end caps, and signage.
• Reset shelves and rotate product to keep inventories fresh.
• Track inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail space.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members.

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Strong customer‑service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Self‑starter with a bias for action and results.
• Safety‑first mindset in a retail environment.
