Position Overview
MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, IT Sales Consultant to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI
.
- Pinpoint, target, and qualify managed IT services prospects using research, cold calling, networking events, referrals, email blasts, and social media.
- Develop and roll out sales tactics to secure discovery meetings with subject‑matter experts and convert curiosity into real deals.
- Track the sales pipeline, score opportunities, and move prospects forward with focus.
- Launch bold new‑business initiatives that maintain momentum.
- Translate technology solutions into real value for customers, helping them understand tech power.
- Deliver clear, persuasive technical proposals that resonate with key stakeholders.
- Present data‑rich pitches to C‑suite executives and senior leaders, showing how managed IT services unlock business potential.
- Master the CRM and proven sales methods to manage the cycle efficiently and meet targets.
- Co‑create demand‑generation plans with Marketing and Managed IT Services to boost brand reach.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging tech to innovate.
- 4+ years of recent outbound B2B sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting.
- 2+ years experience selling technical solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Minimum HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Ability to establish rapport and develop long‑lasting business relationships.
- People‑oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
