Route Service Sales Representative - Cleanroom

Job Description

Cintasis is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative – Cleanroom. The role involves providing service to a set customer base through pickup and delivery of specialized products to controlled business environments such as the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. The Representative will drive a company-owned truck to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts.

Responsibilities include customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests, pro-active problem solving, and growing existing routes through sales of additional items from our product line and catalog.

Specific routes and customers are assigned to build rapport between the RSSR and the customers serviced. Geographical route coverage is extensive and often includes customers in numerous states, requiring overnight travel typically one to two nights per week.

• Travel overnight one to two nights per week.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Show self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team-based environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
