We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Community Liaison to serve as a trusted guide for prospective residents and their families throughout that journey. This is more than a sales and marketing role. As our Community Liaison, you will be the face of our community and a key contributor to our continued growth and success. You will build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations while helping individuals navigate one of life's most personal decisions. You will play a critical role in maintaining occupancy, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring every prospective resident experiences exceptional service from their very first interaction.
WhatYou'll Do
- Guide prospective residents and families through the discovery, tour, assessment, and move-in process
- Build meaningful relationships that foster trust and confidence in our services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and admissions
- Collaborate with the leadership team to coordinate resident assessments and admissions
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, social workers, and community organizations
- Represent Riverview Village at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and professional gatherings
- Monitor occupancy trends and resident movement to support community growth goals
- Effectively communicate the unique benefits, programs, and services Riverview Village offers
- The ideal candidate is an energetic relationship builder who thrives on connecting with others and creating positive experiences.

- Degree in Marketing, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, community relations, or sales preferred
- Proven success in marketing, business development, or occupancy growth initiatives
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel locally for networking, referral development, and community outreach activities
