This position is for the visitor management/patient check in at the three main entry points at Menomonee Falls Hospital. This is not a Security Officer position.

Proactively engages in access management with visitors. Assists and directs customers, providing outstanding customer service. Uses the computer database to direct customers to appropriate departments for appointments, procedures, and/or other business. Answers the multi‑line desk telephone, responds to e‑mails, and stays current on workplace information. Floats to units to provide safety needs and performs flexible job duties such as discharge lounge and hospital entrances.
ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience in Security is preferred.
EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent is required.
LicensureAmerican Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
