Froedtert Health - - Responsibilities:
Staff the 24-hour Security Operations Center (SOC);
Handle emergency and non-emergency communications from security staff, hospital staff, law enforcement, visitors, and other emergency services via radio, telephone, computer, email, camera, in-person, or other medium;
Manage multi-line phone system and provide customer service;
Document incidents using Computer-aided Dispatch (CAD);
Communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders in high-pressure situations
