Staff the 24-hour Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage emergency and non-emergency communications;
Coordinate communications from security staff, hospital staff, law enforcement, visitors, and other emergency services via multiple channels;
Provide customer service and multi-line phone management;
Document using Computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) and maintain timely communication;
Perform other duties as assigned
