Handle multi-line phone management and computer-aided dispatch documentation;
Provide customer service to hospital staff, visitors, and external emergency services;
Coordinate communications via radio, telephone, email, and CAD to support security operations;
Perform duties as assigned within a fast-paced hospital security environment
