Responsibilities- Design and deploy controls, software, and electrical systems in manufacturing.
- Lead execution of global software and connectivity platform initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Drive commissioning, validation (FAT/SAT), and multi‑site deployment of standardized solutions.
- Contribute to and own components of scalable global software platforms and reusable architectures.
- Develop machine‑to‑system connectivity (PLC, IPC, databases, MES) aligned to global platform standards.
- Enable real‑time data integration into manufacturing and enterprise systems to support global visibility and decision‑making.
- Implement digital poka‑yoke and process enforcement solutions aligned with platform strategy.
- Drive adoption of global standards across sites by influencing site AME, IT, and operations leaders.
- Support high‑complexity engineering and platform initiatives with feasibility, architecture input, and cost analysis.
- Collaborate across global teams and suppliers to ensure alignment to platform direction and successful deployment at scale.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related).
- 3–5 years of experience in automation, controls, or manufacturing software.
- Experience with text‑based programming, LabVIEW, or PLC programming.
- Experience working across teams or functions to deliver solutions.
- Experience with manufacturing documentation (theory of operation, schematics, manuals).
- Software source control.
- Experience developing & deploying scalable software solutions across multiple sites.
- Experience influencing or working with global stakeholders (AME, IT, operations).
- Data connectivity, MES, or manufacturing software systems.
- Machine‑to‑database integration, industrial communication protocols.
- Robotics, vision systems, and advanced automation.
- HMI development and configuration.
- Database and data‑driven application experience.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and error‑proofing.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Industrial automation experience.
- Experience supporting or leading global deployments or standardization efforts.
