Our Motive Power team provides and services batteries used to power forklifts, lift trucks and more! For 100+ years, we’ve helped keep businesses moving. Our Techs are based out of our Menomonee Falls, WI office and service the northeast Wisconsin area.
Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Motive Power Service Technician to join our team. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, solving problems, and providing excellent service to industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites.
- Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
- Travel locally to customer facilities as needed.

- 3+ years of experience in installing, servicing, or related Motive Power batteries or similar products.
- Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass pre‑employment drug screening, background check, and DOT medical exam.
