Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices, has a great opportunity for a Field Technician to join our Milwaukee team!

• Monitor and maintain erosion control measures and assist with general site maintenance throughout our communities.
• Support land development activities, including lot preparation, utility maintenance, and neighborhood upkeep.
• Perform maintenance and final‑clean tasks for furnished models, inventory homes, and move‑in ready homes.
• Complete warranty‑related requests, including material delivery, installations, and minor repairs.
• Deliver, install, maintain, and remove dehumidifiers throughout the construction process.
• Install and maintain community assets such as mailboxes, lockboxes, signage, and access systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of homesites, roads, sidewalks, and neighborhood common areas.
• Assist with the maintenance of company vehicles, equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Perform pressure washing, equipment maintenance, and other tasks that support construction operations and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while balancing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality work are essential. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a good driving record is required. Experience in construction, equipment operation, or small engine repair is a plus. This is a hands‑on, outdoor position that requires the ability to perform physically demanding work, lift up to 100 pounds, and work year‑round in a variety of weather conditions.
