Job Overview
Keep machines running in a clean, high‑tech medical manufacturing environment at our Milwaukee, WI facility. Maintenance Technicians will maintain molding, automation, HVAC, compressed air, and other production equipment.

Location:
Greater Milwaukee Area. This role focuses on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting and repair of production and support equipment, preventive maintenance, set‑up and calibration, emergency repairs, and safety initiatives.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production and support equipment
- Maintain molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air, and chiller systems
- Follow and provide input on the preventive maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)
- Assist with machine set‑up and calibration as required
- Complete emergency/unscheduled repairs and document all work performed
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime
- Support safety initiatives, including lockout/tagout procedures and forklift operations
