As an Installation Technician, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to complete residential and commercial concrete coating projects.

• Prepare trucks with tools, materials, and equipment each morning
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, trailers, and work areas
• Verify equipment readiness and report maintenance needs

• Prepare concrete surfaces through cleaning, grinding, and repair procedures
• Mix and handle coating products according to company standards
• Assist with the installation of concrete coating systems
• Operate and maintain installation equipment
• Follow all safety practices and company procedures

• Ensure every project meets company quality standards
• Complete detailed cleanup and final job‑site preparation
• Conduct final inspections with crew leaders
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers

• Work closely with crew leaders and fellow technicians
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
• Continuously improve efficiency, craftsmanship, and technical knowledge

Previous experience in construction, flooring, concrete, landscaping, roofing, painting, manufacturing, or related trades is helpful but not required.
