We're hiring a Full-Time Experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential systems.
We do 100% residential work — no commercial, no rooftops.

- $30.00 – $75.00+ per hour (basedon experience)

Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain a wide variety of residential HVACsystems to company standards while delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, service,and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Make repair vs. replacerecommendations based on system condition
- Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks
- Apply knowledge of air balancingprinciples and sheet metal practices
- Process job documentation accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer communication and service
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime
Required Qualifications
- Technical school completion + 3years HVAC experience (6–8 years of field experience may substitute for formalschooling)
- Valid driver's license withinsurable driving record
- Universal EPA Certification(required)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential HVACsystems
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must own basic hand tools (wesupply everything else)
- Experience with residentialboiler/hydronic systems
- NATE Certified (or willingness toobtain)
- Experience with advanceddiagnostics and controls
- Understanding of air balancingprinciples
