Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an apartment complex in Waukesha and a residential program in Oconomowoc. The role offers a 4x10-hour schedule and a full-time position with pay between $24 and $26 per hour.
You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs, perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and respond to emergency calls. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of maintenance experience are preferred.
