Experience Sign Technician and Installer

Optimum Signs is seeking an experienced Sign Production & Installation Technician to join our growing team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience producing and installing commercial signs and graphics.

• Install vehicle wraps, partial wraps, and fleet graphics
• Install wall murals and interior graphics
• Install window graphics and perforated window film
• Install post and panel signs, dimensional letters, and other commercial signage
• Produce graphics using large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Weed, tape, trim, laminate, and finish printed graphics
• Read work orders and installation drawings accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized production area and company vehicles

Applicants without sign production or installation experience will not be considered.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial sign production and installation experience
• Experience installing vehicle graphics and wraps
• Experience installing wall graphics and window graphics
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors

• Laminators and vinyl plotters
• ADA signage
