Service Technician / Sign Installer

We are seeking an experienced Sign Service Technician and Installer to join our dynamic team at YESCO/Signarama Appleton, located in Appleton, WI. This role requires a hands‑on, technically skilled professional who enjoys solving problems on the fly and delivering top‑notch service.

• Service Signage and Lighting Systems:
  Service and repair a variety of sign systems, including illuminated signs, digital displays, and outdoor signage.
• Installation Excellence:
  Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
• Site Assessment:
  Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
• Customer Interaction:
  Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.

  Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

• Experience in sign service and installation or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Problem‑solving ability and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders.

Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour.
