Aquatics Manager

May 1, 2026 (Flexible start date & hours available). Must be available May 15 to Sept 1 for partial hours. Must be available on weekends.

The Aquatics Manager is responsible for providing safety and supervision to all patrons and guests who use the Aquatics facilities. They will oversee all of the lifeguards and youth programing including lessons. The position will work directly with the Clubhouse Manager.

• Lifeguard Certification
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
• Successful completion of a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Always monitor and supervise swimmers to ensure their safety.
• Respond to all incidents requiring first aid and follow emergency action procedures.
• Actively enforce all pool rules.
• Vacuum pool bottom; empty automatic skimmers; skim bugs and other debris from the surface to prepare the pool for daily use.
• Maintain cleanliness and all amenities in pool locker rooms, including changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers.
• Attend all regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-service training.
• Report any safety issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Perform administrative record keeping, including sign-in/out sheets, accident/incident, and opening and closing duty reports.
• Maintain a courteous, polite, and helpful relationship with all Members and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Located just outside of the city, The Wisconsin Country Club is home to one of the most challenging and beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the area. It's Harry Smead/David Gill's design features tree-lined fairways, intricately contoured greens, and well-positioned bunkering. In addition, Members enjoy an excellent court experience with 4 hard tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts available for open play, clinics, and socials.

Our heated Junior-Olympic-sized pool is open seasonally and features a kiddie pool, slide, and full-service snack bar. For our health-conscious members, our Fitness Center is open daily and features a variety of specialty equipment. A year-round social calendar and dining operation ensure all Members enjoy their home away from home.
