  • Customer Service:
Acting as a professional face of the company while interacting with homeowners and securely picking up final payments.
The Requirements
  • Driving Credentials: A valid driver’s license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening and criminal background check.
  • Physical Capability:
The physical stamina to safely lift, carry, and maneuver construction materials weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Outdoor Adaptability: A willingness to work actively outdoors and thrive in various seasonal weather conditions.
  • Flexibility & Hustle: A "get the job done" mentality, which includes the willingness to work occasional non-traditional hours (such as evenings or weekends) when needed to support the team.
  • Occasional Travel:
The ability to occasionally travel to company training events or assist at other regional offices as needed.
The Qualifications & Experience
