• Pay Rate:
  Drivers can earn up to $106,000.
• Sign‑on bonus:
  Up to $10,000, depending on experience.

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects before and after each trip and submit a DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect the bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off‑hour delivery.
• Drive the tractor‑trailer to its destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises.
• Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in accordance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload the trailer, delivering product into the customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least one year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
• Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
