* Position Overview:

As part of the talented Navico Group Distribution team in Menomonee Falls, you will be responsible for various functions within the Inventory Control department in conjunction with Warehouse Associate I functions. The Inventory Control department is responsible for monitoring inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory location assessments; and performing inventory audits in accordance with Brunswick policy. Attention to detail is key to this role.

* Essential Functions:

* Keeping track of inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and resolving discrepancies.
* Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying and recording inventory.
* Updating databases and maintaining records of all transactions
* Ensuring that stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
* Ensuring accuracy in inventory records and transactions.
* Effectively communicating with team members and other departments.
* Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

* Required Qualifications:

* Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Outlook
* Basic knowledge of order flow through a warehouse
* Able to interact within a collaborative environment.
* Effective communication and teamwork across departments

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Oracle WMS
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Critical thinker
* High school equivalent education

Working Conditions:

* Moderate physical demand: often lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs./11-27 kgs).
* Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-10 hours)
* Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-10 hours).
* Job rotation may be required, where applicable
* Able to work in a non-AC environment

The anticipated pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
