Caljan is seeking experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Specialists to join their team in Menomonee Falls, WI.

• Experience in aftermarket or technical spare parts environments.
• Familiarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS Systems and Microsoft Excel.

  Monday‑Friday 6AM‑2:30PM or 7AM‑3:30PM

• Pick and pack spare parts orders accurately according to daily schedules.
• Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are prepared for dispatch on time.
• Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and support full inventory audits.
• Manage stock movements including receiving, storing, and replenishing spare parts.
• Ensure proper labeling, binning, and handling of all materials.
• Take ownership of daily warehouse routines, standards, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Support implementation of new warehouse practices or systems.
• Track and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, on‑time delivery, stock accuracy, pick/pack efficiency, and warehouse safety metrics.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, inventory records, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer support teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to identify critical spare parts and maintain availability.
• Other duties as assigned.
