Inventory Control Associate

Position Overview

As part of the Navico Group Distribution team in Menomonee Falls, you will be responsible for various functions within the Inventory Control department in conjunction with Warehouse Associate I functions. The Inventory Control department monitors inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory location assessments and performs inventory audits in accordance with Brunswick policy.

• Keep track of inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying and recording inventory.
• Update databases and maintain records of all transactions.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of order flow through a warehouse.
• Ability to interact within a collaborative environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork across departments.
• High school equivalent education.

• Knowledge of Oracle WMS.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Critical thinker.

• Moderate physical demand: often lifting/moving an average weight up to 50 lbs (11–27 kg).
• Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full shift (8–10 hours).
• Occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching.
• Job rotation may be required, where applicable.
• Work in a non‑AC environment.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $19.00 – $21.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, and geographic location.
