Shipping & Receiving Associate

RJ Schinner Co., a family-owned national redistributor, seeks a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders; unload and receive inbound shipments; verify quantities and condition of goods; and maintain organized, safe warehouse areas. You'll use pallet jacks and warehouse systems to process orders, label pallets, and prepare shipments.

Working closely with a supportive team, you'll help ensure on-time, accurate deliveries for distributors nationwide in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time.
• Unload inbound trucks and receive products, verifying quantities and conditions.
• Label, palletize, and prepare outbound shipments according to company standards.
• Use warehouse systems, scanners, and basic computer tools to process orders.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and stock rotation.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Report shipment discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues promptly.
