The Role
Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll support the successful delivery of structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle while developing the skills needed to progress into a Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery
- Review construction drawings and specifications
- Coordinate field operations, materials and deliveries
- Prepare purchase orders and subcontract documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Track project productivity and progress
- Assist with onboarding and project administration
- Build relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of commercial construction experience (internships may be considered)
- Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Structural steel experience is highly desirable but not essential
