Assistant Project Manager

The Role

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll support the successful delivery of structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle while developing the skills needed to progress into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery
• Review construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinate field operations, materials and deliveries
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontract documentation
• Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Track project productivity and progress
• Assist with onboarding and project administration
• Build relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of commercial construction experience (internships may be considered)
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Structural steel experience is highly desirable but not essential
