Traveling Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Location:
Nationwide (Candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S.) Travel:
Required – Home approximately once per month
Overview A well-established commercial general contractor headquartered in Wichita is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to join their growing team. With a strong national project backlog, this opportunity offers long-term stability and the chance to work on a wide range of commercial construction projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site safety
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Drive projects to successful, on-time completion
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Background managing projects in one or more of the following sectors:
Hospitality, Data centers, Multifamily Commercial projects ($15M – $60M range). Additional opportunities available for those experienced in:
Restaurants, Retail, Light commercial projects. Willingness and ability to travel extensively
