What You’ll Do at TenX Manufacturing

As a Molding Operator at TenX Manufacturing, you’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality custom molded devices by:

  • Operating injection molding presses and related equipment within established cycle times
  • Performing visual inspections and quality checks in accordance with the quality plan
  • De-gating, trimming, assembling, and completing secondary operations per the control plan
  • Packaging finished products to customer specifications
  • Labeling product containers accurately per the job traveler
  • Identifying molding or process issues and notifying the molding technician for correction
  • Maintaining stable mold cycle times and completing daily production activity logs
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Supporting overall team success by performing other duties as assigned

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to recognize visual part characteristics and defects
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds or more
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding basic safety standards and procedures
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing or molding experience is a plus—but TenX Manufacturing is willing to train the right candidate
