Position – Production Design Assistant

Job Location – Menomonie, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – Weekend Shift (Fri, Sat, Sun 9am–9pm) - Work 36, paid for 40!

Starting Pay – Starting at $15.50/hour

We are looking for a motivated Production Design Assistant to help with creating and preparing designs for printed materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their design career and eager to learn about the printing process.

You will use Adobe Illustrator produce high quality customized print items while working closely with the production teams to ensure the final products meet the required standards.

• Assist in creating simple designs and layouts for print
• Prepare files for printing, ensuring they are set up correctly for production
• Follow guidelines to ensure all designs meet client or brand specifications
• Support the team with revisions and design updates
• Organize and manage files for easy access and version control

• Experience using Adobe Illustrator would be excellent, but not required
• Willingness to learn about print production processes
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
