Sil-Pro, LLC is seeking a 2nd shift production team member to support evening manufacturing operations. The role runs from 2:30 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Friday, with a $2.00 per hour Lead differential and a $0.75 per hour shift differential added to the base pay rate.
The position emphasizes adherence to safety, quality, cost and delivery targets and requires strong teamwork to maintain product flow. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior production or assembly
