We're hiring Cleanroom Production Operators to support the production of custom molded medical devices in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. With multiple openings available and continued company growth, this is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stability, advancement, and hands-on manufacturing experience.

As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will:

• Operate injection molding machines and production equipment
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on molded components
• Use equipment such as pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and drill presses
• Complete trimming, degating, and secondary manufacturing operations
• Assemble products according to detailed work instructions
• Package and label products to customer specifications
• Monitor machine performance and report molding issues to technicians
• Maintain accurate production records and activity logs
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cleanroom environment

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment

• Assembly or production manufacturing
• Cleanroom experience
• Product inspection and quality control
• Packaging and labeling
• Microscope use
• ERP software knowledge
• ISO standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonie, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
