Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with a consistent first-shift schedule? We are seeking Manufacturing Associates to join a production team in Menomonie, WI. This position plays an important role in the manufacturing process by assisting with filling, weighing, labeling, packaging, cleaning, and production documentation.
Candidates with manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Place containers under filling equipment for powder product filling
- Weigh filled bottles to ensure specifications are met
- Clean and label finished products
- Assist with boxing and packaging completed products
- Help clean machine parts after production runs
- Support production documentation and recordkeeping
- Assist with daily cleanup of the production area
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency while following established procedures
This position is performed in a manufacturing facility where dust may be present. Respirators are not required; however, N95 masks are provided. Team members should be comfortable working in an active production environment and participating in routine housekeeping duties.
Schedule & Overtime- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
- Some team members may occasionally start earlier, such as 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
- Occasional weekend overtime may be available
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, factory work, assembly, packaging, or warehouse environments is helpful. Candidates with transferable experience from other fast-paced industrial settings are encouraged to apply.
