Food Safety SQF Coordinator

Position Overview

Choice Commercial, LLC is seeking an experienced Food Safety & SQF Compliance Coordinator to lead food safety, regulatory compliance, and SQF certification activities within our food-grade warehousing and third-party logistics (3PL) operations. You will oversee food safety systems, maintain SQF certification, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Maintain SQF certification and audit readiness.
• Serve as site SQF Practitioner and food safety lead.
• Manage HACCP-based food safety programs.
• Coordinate customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
• Oversee GMP, sanitation, pest control, food defense, food fraud, traceability, and recall programs.
• Deliver employee training and corrective action programs.

• HACCP Certification required.
• SQF Practitioner certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• 3+ years of food safety, quality, or compliance experience in food-grade warehousing, distribution, cold storage, or 3PL operations.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, traceability, and recall requirements.
